Secretary
Natalie Allio is a professional life and “corporate life” coach, certified EAGALA® equine specialist, and a student of Ecopsychology. Using coaching and equine facilitated learning, she guides individuals and teams on a journey of inner exploration and in the discovery of a new way of “being” in the world. She facilitates the exploration of the messages behind emotions, the language used to describe the world and connection within it. Years of experience working with humans and horses have taught her the value of authenticity and true partnership. Natalie is a graduate of the Newfield Network Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery Program. Newfield Network is accredited by the ICF (International Coaching Federation).

Program Director
Cris Lindsay is a Professional Coach trained with the internationally known Coach Training Institute, a certified EAGALA® equine specialist and certified Equine Guided Educator. She has been a business owner, a student of business leaders, a teacher, mentor and facilitator to many young professionals for over 25 years. With her love for horses and the honest wisdom they possess, her passion is to support and help others to discover and define the life they truly want to live. Because we share social, emotional and communicative ways of being, horses have the keen ability to “guide” us to a deeper level of self awareness and knowledge. The experiences can be profound. Cris is a cancer survivor and has a personal understanding of how traumatic life events affect our lives and the gifts that the healing journey has to offer us.
